Operation Officer
Jobs Duty:

Support in account opening, fund movements, and related operations

Collaborate with KYC, Funding, and other teams to facilitate client onboarding, deposits/withdrawals, stock transfers, refunds, and other transactions in compliance with regulations

Perform daily settlement operations for US stock market (may expand to other market/product).

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to trade settlements.

Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to facilitate smooth settlement processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Participate in ad-hoc projects or system testing as required.
Requirement:
-
Degree holder or above
-
1 year or above relevant experience in settlement/operations in the financial services industry.

A good team player with excellent communication skill and efficiency-driven mindset
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of VBA is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good command of written and spoken Russian, Kazakh & English
