We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations and external communications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle business correspondence and communication with external contacts
- Collect, organize, and prepare reports based on incoming data
- Work with internal systems and spreadsheets
- Monitor task performance and assist in optimizing processes
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
- Native-level Bengali and fluent English (or Russian) for daily communication
- Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in support, sales, or the digital field
- Understanding of digital environments and online promotion channels
- Skills in analytics and reporting
