Mission
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to position the company as a leading manufacturer of parcel lockers. Drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of production and business operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient processes.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, oversee financial performance, and ensure the company meets revenue and profitability targets.

• Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Innovation & Improvement: Champion initiatives to optimize production efficiency, introduce new technologies, and improve overall operational performance.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies to support business objectives and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Proven Executive Experience: Demonstrated success as a COO, Managing Director, or senior executive in manufacturing or related industries.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute long-term strategies to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

• Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of production operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

• Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.

• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Results-Oriented Mindset: Commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
