The CCI Next Talent Program is a 9 - months structured development journey designed to immerse young talents into the dynamic ecosystem of Coca-Cola ecek (CCI), one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola System.

Through interactive projects and hands on trainings, participants gain practical experience, enhance leadership capabilities and develop specialized expertise across key business functions. Eligibility Criteria

We would like you to be our Next Talent if you:

• Graduated or will graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences or Engineering
• Have a maximum of 1 year of work experience after graduation
• Are available to work full-time starting from September 2026
