Responsibilities
- Complete the training program in the Fleet Department;
- Work with the company's CRM system and internal tools;
- Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email, and Telegram;
- Learn fleet operations, customer service processes, and company procedures;
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and internal standards;
- Complete assigned tasks under the guidance of experienced mentors;
- Prepare for a future transition to the Sales Department.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to work night shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to quickly learn CRM systems and internal software;
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual;
- Stress-resistant and able to work effectively in a team;
- Strong interest in building a career in sales;
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
What We Offer

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (5/2);
- Working hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Uzbekistan Time);
- 1-hour lunch break;

Compensation
During the 1-month training period
- $250 fixed salary
- No bonuses during the training period.
After successful completion of the training and promotion to the Sales Department - $300 fixed salary
- Unlimited KPI-based performance bonuses.
