We are the Language training center Headway Institute located in Dubai, UAE. A company that has been providing comprehensive education services for 13 years.

We are growing fast and now we are looking for Sales Manager/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Minsk.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively engaging with potential customers (warm database), responding to inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of educational products/services using amoCRM.
• Addressing customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate information and solutions to overcome potential obstacles in the sales process.
• Maintaining and managing customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate targeted marketing and effective sales outreach.
• Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent English, both written and oral, clear pronunciation and ability to hold a conversation (Advanced/Upper-Intermediate).
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience of working with CRM systems will be a plus.
