- •Monitor and track the status, location, and availability of all company vehicles and trailers remotely
- •Coordinate trailer assignments with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams
- •Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance and repairs for all fleet units
- •Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, licensing, registration, and insurance deadlines
- •Review driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) and follow up on flagged issues
- •Track fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs across the fleet
- •Prepare and submit regular fleet performance and maintenance reports to management
- •Document all incidents, damages, and repairs in the fleet management system
- •Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repair services remotely
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and on-site staff on all fleet-related matters
- •Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth fleet operations
- •Support audits, compliance reviews, and insurance claims with accurate documentation
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote environment
