Administrative Specialist
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Specialist to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and daily operational support.
- Issue employee access cards, parking cards, and introduction letters.
- Arrange business travel, including hotel reservations, air/train tickets, visas, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate office procurement, office supplies, printing services, and vendor payments.
- Manage company vehicles, transportation requests, maintenance, fuel control, and related expenses.
- Administer company assets, including inventory, allocation, maintenance, repairs, and disposal.
- Coordinate office health & safety and fire prevention activities.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other administrative duties (letters management, office facilities management) as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field
- 3+ years of proven administrative or office management experience including carrying out visa and work permit, fleet management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- English, Russian and Uzbek proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
