We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-oriented professional to support the development of export services and attract international companies in the areas of Customer Service, BPO, Logistics, and GBS to establish or expand their outsourcing operations in Uzbekistan. This role is ideal for someone with experience or strong understanding of outsourcing, customer service, logistics, global business services, and international business development. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Uzbekistan as a competitive destination for global back-office and outsourcing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage international companies in Customer Service, BPO, Logistics,

and GBS sectors.

  • Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential partners and clients.
  • Promote Uzbekistan as a regional outsourcing and export services hub.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with foreign companies, partners, and

industry stakeholders.

  • Support onboarding and expansion processes for international companies entering

Uzbekistan.

  • Prepare business presentations, proposals, reports, and analytical materials.
  • Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, B2B meetings, and business

missions.

  • Monitor global outsourcing, logistics, customer service, and GBS market trends.
  • Collaborate with government institutions, private sector partners, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the growth of Uzbekistan’s export and outsourcing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Logistics, GBS, export services, sales,

business development, or international cooperation.

  • Strong understanding of outsourcing and international business processes.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Russian language skills are required.
  • Uzbek language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct business correspondence and meetings with international partners.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple international stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.

Would be Plus

  • Knowledge of another European or Asian language.
  • Existing network in Customer Service, BPO, Logistics, GBS, or outsourcing

industries.

  • Experience working with international companies or foreign clients.
  • Experience in sales of outsourcing, contact center, logistics, or back-office services.
  • Understanding of IT Park benefits, investment incentives, and business setup

procedures in Uzbekistan.

  • Experience in market-entry projects or attracting foreign companies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools.
