Candidate Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Taxation, Accounting, or Banking.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in national accounting is required.
- Experience across multiple industries, such as services, sales, and manufacturing, is highly preferred. Experience in public sector organizations or non-governmental/non-profit organizations will also be considered an advantage.
3. Language Skills
- Proficiency in both Russian and English is mandatory.
4. Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with 1C Accounting Software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with electronic document management systems, including:
- Client-Bank systems;
- Electronic invoicing platforms (e.g., Didox);
- Foreign currency contracts;
- Lease agreements;
- Employment contracts; and other related documentation.
- Solid knowledge and practical application of taxation regulations for both individuals and legal entities.
