TLScontact is a global leader in customer relationship management. We offer a wide range of services, from processing visa documents to obtaining visa applications. We invite a Supervisor to join our core team in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:

Participate in managing day-to-day operations of company's office in compliance with internal procedures
Act as the Senior during business trips (remotely as well), providing all reports and assistance
Supervise visa Agents – prioritizing work, providing guidance, being an expert in most of areas of operations.
Tracking Agents performance intervening as needed to protect and enhance delivery against key service and delivery metrics
Knowledge in how to control financial costs (increase sales, decrease expenses) and HR resources.
Develop, coordinate, and implement first-class services
Work with Government Clients, supporting organizations and companies to develop and enhance services
Participate in strategic planning, implementation actions, and ongoing projects
Provide business reporting in accordance with Company processes
Ensure appropriate communication channels exist between staff and customers
Support colleagues through advice and mentoring, promoting best practice, sharing information and encouraging team spirit
Ensure a healthy and safe working environment
Requirements:

3+ years of working experience (including people management roles)
Readiness to go on business trips
Experience in customer service or retail environment engaging directly with public
Skills of effective performance management, financial and business reporting
Fluent English
High presentation skills
Advanced MS office user
"Can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized, able to cope effectively under pressure, and manage many concurrent tasks
Dynamic, curious, and motivated mind-set
