Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and hiring documentation.
- Prepare employment offers, onboarding documents, and new employee administration.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within established timelines.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpe skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
