HR Executive
• Manage and oversee the HR Operations team, ensuring efficient workload distribution, performance management, development, and compliance with established HR processes and standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR Operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely personnel administration, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain and monitor employee data in HR systems (SAP, OPP, 1C, my.mehnat.uz).
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and HR processes.
• Coordinate personnel administration activities and support organizational changes.
• Manage personnel documentation, employee records, and document archiving processes.
• Support internal and external audits related to personnel administration.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advise and train employees on personnel administration matters and HR systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and protection of employee personal data.
Qualification Requirements:
• Higher education.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
Work Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in managing roles)
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compensation and benefits principles.
• Knowledge of the procedure for developing local normative acts.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient computer user.
Languages:
• English, – Upper-Intermediate (Business) or higher.
• Russian is -C1
